Tom Heflin, Senior Pastor

Tom has been the Senior Pastor here at R.B.C. since 1990. Prior to coming here, Tom served in churches in Iowa and Colorado in Pastoral ministry. Tom received his M. Div. from Western Seminary in 1976 after completing his undergraduate degree from Bob Jones University.

Tom has been married for thirty six years to Valerie and is the proud father of two sons (Joel and Josh) and grandfather of  two.

When not at church, you can find Tom in his library reading a great book or hanging out with his wife.

David Arnold, Associate Pastor

David has been the Associate Pastor here at R.B.C. since June, 2006. Prior to coming here, David served in Youth Ministry at churches in Illinois, Oregon, and Arizona. David received his M.Div. from Multnomah Biblical Seminary in 2003 after spending 13 years working in law enforcement. 

David has been married for fifteen years to his lovely wife Julie. They are blessed with a nine year old daughter named Rachel.

When not at church, you can find David working out, riding his mountain bike, or hanging out with his family.

Kevin Dunlap, Youth Pastor

Kevin has been the Youth Pastor here at R.B.C. since July, 2007. Prior to coming here, Kevin served in Youth Ministry at churches in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. Kevin received his degree in Christian ministry from Wayland Baptist University in 2005 after serving for four years in the Army. 

Kevin has been married for eleven years to his beautiful wife Codi. They are blessed with five children, Kaden, Kylor, Kendall, and their newest additions, Kyson and Kelson (born June 11,2008).

When not at church, you can find Kevin at the Firehouse with his family and doing his fatherly duties for a growing family.

Sherri Smith, Church Secretary

Sherri is our new Church Secretary!!! Prior to coming to Riviera, Sherri worked for 8 years at a local TV station in Laughlin.

Sherri  and her husband Sonny have three daughters and two adorable granddaughters.  They share their home with two dogs, a 25 pound cat, and a belligerent bird named Woody.

When not at church, you can find Sherri working in the yard (when it isn’t too hot!), reading, or spending time with family.

Kyson Anthony
